Bad user experience with sign in journey contributing to wasted points. The app updates often (for better or worse), but you get logged out after the update. Hence, you need to sign in again. This take so much time, especially when you're already on the cashier with a long line behind you. It doesn't make sense to update and do a password reset in awkward sitatuons like this.

App worked very well, until a recent update on the location. Now it's giving the wrong barangay even when selecting the correct pin on the map, it changes it. Making delivery difficult and even resulting in a order not being delivered. Please fix the issue

It is so annoyingly super slow. Most of the products are most of the time unavailable but when you go to store itself they have so many supplies. It seems they want to get rid of online ordering.
