The app is slow and very glitchy. Filling in passenger information takes forever and keeps cancelling. It doesn't let us enter details sometimes and save it. I had to use the website constantly for this instead of the app. Some links regarding travel information do not work either. Overall, quite disappointing for a decent airline with medium to good air service experience.

Don't buy Deluxe ticket because of extra legroom seats. In the description, they say it is included but the system wants money later on when you want to pick the seats. Person in the check-in counter also didn't help.

Festival of bugs. Random errors logging in. I get emailed 2SV codes the app is not even asking for. Neither passport scanning nor uploading works, even if you manually give the permission. Gave up and used the website, only to find the passport image analysis doesn't work anyway (neither German nor UK passport).
