Ratings and reviews

I'm done with Klarna. The ability to extend purchases over a short period of time is great, but there are many similar services with less hassle. I receive notices of failed payments that processed cleanly, and I had an authorization pop up a month later for a purchase that was paid in full - one that won't release and is tying up my money. Their customer service has been no help, simply saying it will drop off eventually. Can't trust them, won't use them again. Check out Affirm

Klarna is such a great and useful app that has gotten me out of a ton of binds with literally groceries, school supplies, general emergencies have nearly all been covered by them, granted Klarna can't allow every transaction because sometimes the site won't allow it or a few other reasons, but I definitely feel people should use this app and suggested it to friends and family. I do have to say that it is easygoing IF you don't have to deal with customer support. Their support team is a nightmare

Was great at first but they have literally reduced purchase power on me repeatedly even when my payments are paid. Don't do a combined payment either cause their system will mess up and not apply it to your account possibly for days. Now I'm going back to double check all my purchases and payments to make use my money was that was taken was applied to purchases.
