Ratings and reviews

I'm done with Klarna. The ability to extend purchases over a short period of time is great, but there are many similar services with less hassle. I receive notices of failed payments that processed cleanly, and I had an authorization pop up a month later for a purchase that was paid in full - one that won't release and is tying up my money. Their customer service has been no help, simply saying it will drop off eventually. Can't trust them, won't use them again. Check out Affirm

Klarna is such a great and useful app that has gotten me out of a ton of binds with literally groceries, school supplies, general emergencies have nearly all been covered by them, granted Klarna can't allow every transaction because sometimes the site won't allow it or a few other reasons, but I definitely feel people should use this app and suggested it to friends and family. I do have to say that it is easygoing IF you don't have to deal with customer support. Their support team is a nightmare

Edit to say I wish I could rate 0 stars. The copy/paste answer doesn't help anyone, and if Pay in 4 isn't available it shouldn't wait until you've already tried to check out to tell you. What's the point of unlocking higher purchase power if you end up having to pay half up front for literally every transaction? $250 purchase power but having to pay half on a $40 purchase. Defeats the purpose.
