It is very unstable. Most of the time app shows offline. I've tried everything such as reset and format. It is showing Firmware update but it is not getting update. Sometimes it is getting turn on and off automatically. It worked fine for few days then it got updated. Not very good product it can be used as simple Bulb only now.

Very much irritating setup. I used few smart colour bulbs, smart white bulb and one smart plug and know how to configure as I got guidance from support team through phone. The challenge is to setup it. Mostly will lose Wi-Fi connection with the device or it will not detect home Wi-Fi and tried a lot of time and started using the device as normal plug.

I have been using Smitch Smart switch board and smart bulb for more than a year. The performance is ok but sometimes the app get on my nerves. After working perfectly for a stretch of 4-6 months, the app stops responding completely for a few days. Then everything goes back to as it was. I don't know what causes it, but it is very frustrating. I have tried to reinstall the app, cleared the cache, etc for preliminary troubleshooting but nothing works. Please fix this issue SMITCH.
