It looks like they wrapped up service in India without notice. It was working okay except for occasional decoupling from the device; however, now the server is inaccessible most probably because they stopped services in India that too without any notice. Now unfortunately, I am stuck with a device which cannot be controlled without the app, which doesn't work anymore.

In direct mobile connection option, there is a problem. When I configure the bulb it works fine. Next day when I connect my phone with the bulb, the colour pick option is not working. Where as other options like candle, strobe, on/off etc works fine. Only issue in the colour pick option. I have to configure it again. Please tell youe RD team to solve it as quick as possible. Love your product.

Very laggy. A lot of bugs. 26/11/21(Edit): I got a call from the customer care asking about my ratings and reviews here, they also offered to help me with any issues I have been having. Although I resolved the issues myself but it was good to know that they take time to call the customer themselves and resolve problems. 👍🏻 But the app still needs a lot of work so I will maintain my 3 star rating for now. P.S. I don't know how they got my contact number to call.🤔
