Take a video of your ID documents front.

Take a photo of your ID documents back.

Take a video of your face and read out the two randomly displayed words.

Once your identity has been successfully verified by Nect, you can continue your registration process in our partner company's app or on their website.

So many problems scanning a passport. Not even the feedback functionality works! In my third try, I was so annoyed I've just scanned my middle finger... And it worked!

From all ID validation services this is the worse. Very complex process. Not working correctly, then reinstalling the app left the validation in a limbo phase (NECT app says to request a new validation code from provider and the provider does not want to issue a new validation code because the validation did not fail)

Doesn't really work. Tried with my passport the times. it's failing to process it.

Visual cues make it easier to get started and improve orientation. Depending on the process, we show you how to prepare optimally, which ID documents are accepted by our partner, and which of our identification methods you can use.
