App was fine until I purchased a new phone. I cannot log in to the app now. I changed passwords, turned off my antivirus program, uninstalled it from the old phone in case it wouldn't work on 2 devices, and anything else I could think of. Owner of the local store informed me that I had to contact the app developer. Too much hassle for something so simple.

My access account was frozen for some unknown reason. I also keep getting notifications for "unit tasks" that have been assigned but can't seem to find any information on what these tasks are. Overall I just don't see much utility for this app for my purposes when it's a lot easier to just manually enter a code or use a key to unlock an old fashioned lock.

Was a 5 star. Now I can sign into the app and see my history that I have used it to access my unit. Today the app didnt have the gate or my unit access buttons. Work with the onsite management and they couldn't fix it. They said it had to be fixed at a higher level. They tried to call the higher level with no answer after over a dozen calls. They gave me the number to call and I had the same results. So the system says I'm paid up and that I should have access. The app doesn't have my unit. HELP
