I'm experiencing an issue with my food order through the app. Despite showing as 'delivered', I haven't received my food. Unfortunately, your support team's response time is slow, and after waiting for 12 minutes, they simply replied that the rider is on the way. However, I've already placed an alternative order elsewhere. I suggest improving your operational efficiency and support team's responsiveness to prevent such incidents in the future.

The app isn't nearly as good as the website. The website had an option for online payment but surprisingly the app does not. Also, the "free delivery" coupon doesn't work.

Pathetic application, not user friendly at all. Doesn't show proper deals. It's way better to go to NY 212 and order there instead of using this app, or don't order at all.
