very nice app.. it is not only working for flat burning. helps to strengthen parts of the body.. and the 30 days exercise schedule is also awesome and very motivational to use.. 10 mins workout and get whole body strengthen ✨️🫡

It's really helpful, just be consistent. Especially if you can't go out to the gym this will help you very much I use it always. The only sad thing is that the amount of time provided is too short, it should be able to last up to an hour or 30 mins and not 7mins They could be better you know.
