Couldn't get the app to display rewards page to upload points. Sent an email, screenshot and copy of receipt to guest relations and just keep getting the same identical system generated email even though they tell you to feel free to reply directly to the email. From the volume of other reviews I'm seeing about the same issue, it looks like you're going to start seeing a decline in same store reorder rate. Version 4.8.6 and yes I did sign in. Rewards finally loaded and now receipt is expired.

The app is ok but has glitches. Like I can't see my rewards. I always get the error message, "We are having trouble reaching rewards. Please try that again." I have to log on to the website to see & redeem rewards. Also, sometimes the app says I can't order (usually around midnight) even though ihops are 24hrs in my town and they ARE accepting orders. I have to drive to the store, order, then wait. I like your food. Please fix the app issues. Thanks!

Hadn't been a while, so I haven't opened the app, but we recently went twice--once on vacation in CA and once at home in AZ--and the rewards don't work. It prompted an update and now has an issue, so I can't log the coins. But it seems like the rewards don't work at all, based on other reviews. Disappointing.
