have been unable to log into the app for months. get the same message when trying to log in, 'opp, something went wrong. We are working on the problem, check back later.' have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, with the same result.

app is useless , gives incorrect readings and costs .Contacted origin previously and was told it's just a predicted costing and can't be relied on . Now tonight despite saying cost to date is $200 plus for quarter and cost per day is just over $2 , the predicted cost is over $1600 .Just makes no sense whatsoever

Mine never works , can never see my bill i have to ring all the time..and after numerious phone calls in the last few weeks it still not showing anything except next billing period. I think i might change to paper bills
