Though I learned how to use the app well and it had a lot of what I was looking for. It just randomly stopped allowing me to read/listen/download books. It would say I have no internet connection, yet the app works perfectly fine other then that, and I would turn around and immediately use things like Audible, YouTube or other online need apps with no issue. Sad cause it worked once and now its not and I loved it.

I love this app very much and all that it does for everyone who uses it. It has a lot of strong points and a lot of useful tools but I had to get a new phone recently and it deleted all of my tagged books even though I'm using the same library card and account info as before. That was four years of tagged books that I no longer have access to. I think the app does a lot of good, but that is an incredibly disheartening issue to deal with.

I heard about this app in the past but just picked it up a little bit ago in order to support my local library. I wish I started using it sooner! It's a convenient way to access your local library's audio and ebooks. The only frustrations can come from availability but that is entirely based on your library. Libby itself has worked flawlessly and I always get important notifications about borrowed books. Definitely recommend if you have a local library you would like to support.
