i was forced for this bad review... the surveys were good and in a month i reached the payout... applied for the payout and its like more than 1 month , every time i send reports to the customer help... it's the same ! give details, check details, this n that but NO PAYMENT received yet . Feeling bad literally since i had hope of some money coz i spent my time completing surveys everyday . I don't know why the ySense team is not taking proper action and spiralling it again n again .

I completed a survey but got logged out, when I tried to log in it says my Email / password are wrong, I even changed my password but the error still persists. Customer service says they will reply in 30 days. I would really appreciate prompt assistance.

Completed countless offers without any issues and got my rewards, then all of a sudden I'm not getting my rewards anymore and customer service is of no help at all. Don't download it, it's a waist of time.
