Very poor experience. I booked an AC gas refill, but the technician claimed there were additional parts issues and charged extra. Even after 15 days, the AC still isn’t cooling. I’ve tried contacting customer care multiple times, but they were unresponsive and even disconnected my calls. Extremely unprofessional service and a complete waste of money.

I had booked an Ac Cleaning service, around afternoon time but one the person called me and told he will come by evening and night he called me and asked me to pay higher cost than the amount shown in app, even I don't have option to cancel the service from my end, I have already paid the amount but no refund options. no support. waste of time and money

I placed an order for a home cleaning service at around 11:00 am today and accordingly ensured someone was available at home, waiting until 1:00 pm for your assigned professional to arrive. During this entire period, no one from Slash was assigned to my order, nor did I receive any proactive communication about the delay or non-availability.When I called your customer support, I was asked to “wait for one more hour,” which further reduced my confidence in the reliability of your service.
