Certainly not the best. Currently have three active claims against Boots for transactions not tracked. Made purchases using a laptop, despite getting the "pop-up" informing you your transaction has been tracked. Then quite literally you have to wait 6 months for Quidco to come back with an answer. Surely that's a bit excessive, considering all claims can be checked electronically. But again none of this should be necessary if the website worked correctly, clearly there are flaws in the system.

It's great; you buy something, and then you get a little bit of money back. My advice would always be to check your cheapest option... it might not always be through Quidco cashback. Sometimes you can pay less with special offers & discounts. However, when these don't reduce your spend, give Quidco a go. At worst, you'll just pay what you expected. At best, you'll get some money back... eventually. It's certainly not something worth relying on, but great when the cashback tracks 😊

I find it all a bit confusing. It won't let me link my bank account. I don't understand how you even know when to use it! I wanted it because I use amazon alot but it's only for 4 specific items on Amazon! None of which I have plans on buying. Bit disappointed. I wish it worked like SumUp. Easier to navigate and less overwhelming.
