Today it randomly started blocking anything in any app that pops up in front of the rest of the screen. So like 80% of app menus, causing the apps to force close. Please let us turn off blocking we don't want! Appreciate the warning when unblocking could open up ways to get around the app. But let parents choose to accept that risk. Especially when the blocking makes 80% of apps unusable. If it makes the device unusable then you end up with no blocking which is a much bigger security threat.

Worked fine during the free 3 day trial of premium. Now it's terrible. My child has been on all day, but shows offline and no activity for the day. Yes, phone is online. The time limits don't work since it's not picking up any activity. I'll be darned if I have to take the phone to uninstall/reinstall the app every few days, as it seems others with this problem have to do.

I am not sure why this app/service is a PC Magazine Editor's Choice. There are too many limitations. The biggest one is that there are no categories. I don't want to allocate time per application; I want my kids to decide how to spend their 2 hours of entertainment time per day. It does not work reliably either. Support's suggestion are basicall limited to "reinstall". For an application that is supposed to take drama out of managing screen time, Questodio generates too much of its own drama.
