This app was working for me last some many years... Now don't last few days onwards it is not functioning.. Even not able to open app.. Don't know what to do.. Please RAK bank management.. Please help me.... Still whenever open rak bank it is crushing.. Really disappointed with rak bank app.. Even after messaging them.. No response

there is no option to pay you credit card in the mobile app or website and when I requested to create an account they did not contact me to create the account to pay my credit card with it and now there is penalty on me because I missed the due date and still don't know a digital way to pay my credit card and customers service are not helping and now I have to check a nearest bank branch to solve my problem.

They disbursed my personal loan without collecting proper documents and then put the loan on hold. They even started taking EMI before I got the money. The agent gave me all the wrong information and just lied to make me take the loan. Now the money is stuck, and I can't even use it. Customer care response is very slow and not helpful at all. It was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had — never again!
