disgusting...I transferred $50 to my friend in Cuba...this company took $92 from my bank ..apparently the extra $42 was for fees....my friend didn't get anywhere near $50.. he got 6 thousand pesos .....where did all my money go ,!!! ..don't use this company...you will regret it

Hello, cuban cards only support CUP or MLC, not both. To send MLC, use the recipient’s MLC card. Using a CUP card, like it happened in your case, converts the amount at the official rate, which we don’t control. A $42 fee for $50 is unreasonably high and does not reflect our current rates; please contact support immediately to address this issue.
