Ratings and reviews

I find the slogan "download & get 30€ free" to be misleading. I have never had a company "verify my cc" by actually taking money, usually they book & release and 1-2€ max. The slogan should have been "load 5€, ride for 35€". Otherwise it is fine. I had issues with app charging me money although it still showed that i had credit left, contacted the customer support and got a fast response and money back. Misleading credit isn't a good start for such a small market with so many competitors.

The app is OK but I feel it might be a bit confusing in terms of UX. The price is also higher with Ryde compared to Voi. With Voi I usually pay 10 kr for my trip home compared to 20 when using Ryde. This is because you pay for "unlocking" the bike and it's very annoying. If this fee was removed I would maybe use a Ryde twice a day and I think Ryde would earn more on me that way because it's not always an even number I pay. The bikes are much better compared to Voi and they are more comfortable.

Registration fee is high. Let's you drive outside the working are too far without notification
