This is for the developers: This is the worst banking application. Can't believe these guys don't even have a native app and using webview which works even slower than browsers. Terrible user experience. My visa details expired. I can't see my credit amount. And when I try to upload visa document, the upload button is not doing ANYTHING even when the app has permissions. *Update 19/02/2024*: when i try to fill form on the provided link, it says something went wrong pls try again. JUST TERRIBLE

One of the worst banking apps I have come across. Lacks consistency & innovation. It's not just the app problem. It is a problem with the entire Standard chartered banking system that lacks innovation. The app is under maintenance atleast 2 days a week. I have no idea, how an international banking system can be so bad.

Very bad service.. pathetic.no one cares about your problem if you forget to make a cc payment sc will charge you almost 10times and I tried contacting SC both by calling and email they don't respond it's almost 4 days . So don't take their service they are unprofessional. My billl amount was 36 Aed and due date was 13 I paid it on 16 they charged me around 230 aed for the bill amount of 36.
