The app is very user friendly. I can do everything with my money using the app including Bill payment, airtime, Mobile Money, bank to bank transfers, balance check, bank statement and more. With the latest update, the finger print feature worked well on my phone thus adding some icing to the cake. In summary, this app is very good! I have used another Bank app but this is so much better.

On the fingerprint, please uninstall and reinstall the application, create a username and password using your ATM card, log in, go to settings, disable then enable fingerprint. The app is user friendly. You can easily upload the requested documents and the information is clear and precise. The only problem is that at a point when I registered to have a digital life current account and am told the card has to be delivered, it is kind of taking me a bit long to have my account ready down the 7 days that have elapsed! I tried to visit a nearest branch in order to finalize the account openingbptocesd and someone told me i have to wait until the debit card is delivered !

Great revolutionary app, I cannot imagine how humans carried out their bank transactions before apps like this but specific to this app I like how it is user friendly, I mean it has most of the necessary command and they are not to hard to find. There are just a few more steps for us to achieve near perfection, one of which is adding away in with which we can adjust our limits, for example withdraw limits, transfer limits, you know more power over our transactions, thank you.
