I updated my number from MTN to Airtel in February. Months later, Standard Chartered still fails to deliver OTPs to my Airtel line, though other SMS work fine. After reinstalling the app, login now fails as "invalid" and I am completely locked out. Branch, call center, and Airtel confirm the issue is with the bank. I demand immediate restoration of app access and reliable OTP delivery to Airtel. Unresolved, I will close my account.

Hey, you guys have a bug in the app. I can't send money from the app to MTN mobile or add a new beneficiary. It duplicates the field of entering a number and brings an error "Minimum length for mobile number should be more than -1" This issue is specific to when I choose sending to MTN mobile money. The Airtel option is okay

I opened an account online on 9th and received a mail of kyc. Since then zero feedback, have mailed them asking what next and called nothing. Now how can a bank have zero customer care presence on all their channels? They don't even have nationwide branches and agents don't know what to do. I have to travel to the city for that? Edit : You ask me to DM, where? You do not respond to mails or even calls.
