Can't login, crashes at login interface after update. Called up by Octopus app, during login, app lags and keyboard keep popping in and out. Impossible to key in information. And after a few times, it crashes. Even if successfully log in, the interfaces still behaves slow and laggy. And crashes. --------- Finally I figured out this is related with the App List permission…… Why? What to monitor?

SCB CS & IT team pls listen: it's ANNOYING to ask the customer to rate how likely you would promote the SC mobile Apps to other, WHENEVER (EVERYTIME) when I logout it. I have no choice, but to give you lowest score due to the repetitive non-sense and irrelevant survey. it's a waste of time of your customer. // BTW, the Stacy Chat is not working, and SCB human CS refused to give update on credit card application status on phone call. CS said it's SCB policy for not answering such queries in call.

It has been almost an year since HKMA changed the policy for adding payment cards to mobile payment, the Android version SC app is still unable to add payment cards to Google Wallet. Not even has an alternative process for this. It's quite disappointing especially when most other banks are supporting it. Updated after developer response - it's difficult to understand how only SC (but not other banks) would not be able to support adding cards to Google wallet while keeping things secure.

Hi Kenneth T, to further protect client and enhance security, client would no longer be able to bind your credit card to Google Pay wallet starting from 31 May 2023 until further notice. You can continue to settle your payment with online or physical merchants by providing your credit card information or presenting your physical card. ~ Sara
