Worst app I have ever seen. They didn't research user experience at all before designing this app. Everything in this app is in messy order. Adding a beneficiary took me 20 mins to find the option. most of the time I don't get the etac code. Who sends 10 digit code in these days? With all these precaution and security they got hacked with add money scam. instead of tighten their security they disabled add money feature. wow just wow!

The bank is good and so the service, but it's very disappointing that for a long time the mobile fund transfer system, bkash is not available in the online system. I know there was some issues of frauds but turning of the feature is not the solution!! If I'm having a headache, then cutting off my head isn't a solution obviously!! I need to take the medicine and initiative steps to prevent it immediately. Please do update your security and privacy systems and turn on the MFS system again.

Extremely disappointing app. It lacks basic features and feels completely outdated. Compared to modern banking apps like BRAC Bank or Mutual Trust Bank, which are highly feature-rich and user-friendly, this app is nowhere near their level. The user interface is poor, transactions are slow, and navigating through the menus is frustrating. It desperately needs a complete overhaul to match current digital banking standards. Not recommended at all.
