Most outdated UI/UX banking app. So called one of the Premium banks of Bangladesh, lacks the modern interface and convince of digital banking is a joke. Every element is a straight out of the web version. So why bother making an app where it crashes or log out automatically when try to transfer fund. Found it was because of Gboard. Every Android phone comes with Gboard keyboard and that's the issue where every other banking apps works perfectly other than this. Bkash transfer is also gone.

Very disappointing experience. I can’t even log in to my account and keep getting error code #1007 — with no explanation of what it actually means. What’s worse is that this issue has been ongoing for over 6 months with no resolution. I’ve tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but the problem still persists. For such a large company, neglecting the app experience for this long is honestly quite frustrating and disappointing.

in 2026... SCB has fallen far behind in terms of modernity. It would be good if the app was a little more user-friendly and the UI was nice. It would be good to do something like this so that everything can be done through the app. Best wishes SCB Bangladesh,
