This is 2026. But this app like in 2010. Make it user-friendly and easy to find the options. mostly the home screen should be upgrade immediately. When I login the app It's like I'm entering blog site 😁.

This is one of the worst banking apps I’ve used in Bangladesh. Very disappointing experience overall. Whenever I try to add a beneficiary or link another account, the app often stops working or crashes. Features like NPSB and BEFTN fail frequently, which makes basic transactions frustrating and unreliable. this one seriously needs improvement in performance and system reliability

Does not work on phone with latest Android version with all the security update, but 4 year old compromised mobile works fine. I'll stick to the website. uninstalling the app
