This is one of the worst banking apps I’ve used in Bangladesh. Very disappointing experience overall. Whenever I try to add a beneficiary or link another account, the app often stops working or crashes. Features like NPSB and BEFTN fail frequently, which makes basic transactions frustrating and unreliable. this one seriously needs improvement in performance and system reliability

Does not work on phone with latest Android version with all the security update, but 4 year old compromised mobile works fine. I'll stick to the website. uninstalling the app

very bad user experience. app is not friendly at all. The error message atthat this app shows is not professional. seems like it was developed by school students
