Installed 4 times, always hopeful that I can login this time and Bank will resolve soft keypad problem. However now I feel that Bank least bother about those customer who are facing that problr. In which they are unable to login just due to "_" not available on the keypad.
I am a huge fan off the bank but here the missing stars are because of a disappointing fact that the touch ID is not available for my phone (LG G5). (While the phone have it and works like charm with Dropbox etc) I hope in the coming updates more phones with touch ID are supported.
In-app keyboard doesn't have special characters i.e. underscore (_), @ etc. due to which users logins and passwords containing these characters cannot login in the first place.
Fingerprint login not available on my Redmi device. Whoever designed the app's secure keyboard should be taught how to design better interfaces. When switching from alphabets to numerics the '123' button is replaced by 'Clear all' button. I end up clearing the entered password most of the times when switching back to alphabets. Other than these 'Annoying' problems, the app works fine.
This mobile version is missing major options and doesn't even offer support to pay your Utility bills. Disappointed but still hopeful that they'll try and improve and maintain a standard.
This app is not showing finger print option in my OPPO F3... Please solve this problem
