Ratings and reviews

Pathetic experience. Tried digital banking with SC Pakistan and there is nothing digital about it. I generated several requests through the app. No request was processed. And I receive an email everytime that my issue has been resolved though it hasn't been resolved. The customer service is not cooperative. A digital account should be 100% digital. Everything should be done digitally. What's the use of I have to visit the branch for every petty thing. I had heard a lot. But disappointed.

It's really a frustrating experience i have been facing since day 1. all i want is to see is an account statement, and here i am, unable to see one. 1. neither the last 90 days transactions are shown on the home page (i have complained a couple of times) 2. nor can i request the statement because the app is crashing again and again right in the middle of the process. PLEASE, resolve these issues or just let me know that they can't be resolved so that I'll manually keep track of my transactions

Worst banking app experience. There’s no option of instant transfer using only IBAN/Account Number or Raast ID — you’re forced to add a payee even for small transactions. Recent transactions stop appearing after just 1–2 days, making it impossible to track activities. On top of that, there’s no option to save or download transaction receipts, which is a basic feature in almost every other banking app.
