Pathetic experience. Tried digital banking with SC Pakistan and there is nothing digital about it. I generated several requests through the app. No request was processed. And I receive an email everytime that my issue has been resolved though it hasn't been resolved. The customer service is not cooperative. A digital account should be 100% digital. Everything should be done digitally. What's the use of I have to visit the branch for every petty thing. I had heard a lot. But disappointed.

This is the worst app of my life. Everything is so useless that you can’t find anything properly. The service is extremely poor. My annual fee was supposed to be reversed, but it wasn’t because the transaction dates are incorrect. There is no option to take a screenshot of transactions, nor any option to download a credit card statement. This is the worst bank.

Absolute worst banking app and service. Whenever your credit card reaches its limit or an annual fee is due, the bank completely blocks your access to view on mobile app and online banking portal! Because you are locked out, you can't even view your details, balance, or card number to pay off the bill. Then, while keeping you blind to your own account, they hit you with hefty late charges and maintenance fees. Holding your billing details hostage just to charge predatory fees is fishy.
