The Sharp HealthCare app is a care management app that helps Sharp patients throughout San Diego County and beyond conveniently manage their health care from a mobile device.

From the Sharp app home screen, you can quickly access care options, get reminders, view your recent account activity ― and easily click to your medical record and records of family members you’re authorized to view. With convenient self-services features, you can:

· Schedule and manage appointments
· View test results
· Refill prescriptions
· Check in for appointments

Hard to navigate and providers don't always show up under messaging. App is buggy. I haven't been able to sign on in 3 days. Keeps giving me a warning saying the app has a bug and I can't use it until they fix the bug issues. Well, fix it. I need to make appointments and read test results and have no way to view them. **As of Dec. 2nd 2024 still not working. No way to log in or access messages/scheduling/lab results.

This app is terrible. There are no indicators of any kind. Not for new messages, new test results, after visit summaries. The app is not user-friendly or intuitive. Things aren't in logical places. Finally imported medication lists, but you can't put in for a refill. Not all my doctors are listed, so I can't message them. When you get a notification on your phone, there is no icon, just leaves a blank space in my notification bar. Get rid of the pop up telling me to use the app IN THE APP!

UPDATE 3/6/25: Now the app homepage seems to not exist. It flashes for a second and then disappears. I even deleted the app, shut down my phone, and downloaded it again... still the same problem. Absolutely useless. I created my account. My "Care Team" information is nowhere to be found. Ok, fine, I search for my PCP and find her. Click book an appointment. It says I need to sign in (I'm already signed in). So, I sign in again. It takes me right back to where I started. As I said, useless.
