I've been using this app since starting at my current job. It used to work really well, but since then it's only gone down hill. I always get an error message when I log in, it takes ages to load my schedule, and now it won't even let me access the clients I clearly have access to. If you're all about "making it easier for the clinicians" then fix things rather than constantly pushing out new features that break your system.

I absolutely love Simple Practice. It is easy to use and has lots of tools to my disposal. The only reason it isn't getting a 5 is it would be very helpful if I could access saved and uploaded filed in the same way thst I can do that with the desktop version. Change that and it is a solid 5 stars!------Update. They did, I did. I just changed my rating from a 4 to a 5. we'll done

Overall it's been improving. i like the note taker, but I wish it were available after sessions as well to dictate notes. Also adding documents and building them takes some time. it would be nice to be able to upload a document and select text areas for input on the doc rather than rebuilding each section plus copy and paste. The platform is not accessibility friendly. my clients who are deaf/hard of hearing fo not have an option for captions and we need to use a different platform.
