I've been using this app since starting at my current job. It used to work really well, but since then it's only gone down hill. I always get an error message when I log in, it takes ages to load my schedule, and now it won't even let me access the clients I clearly have access to. If you're all about "making it easier for the clinicians" then fix things rather than constantly pushing out new features that break your system.

I absolutely love Simple Practice. It is easy to use and has lots of tools to my disposal. The only reason it isn't getting a 5 is it would be very helpful if I could access saved and uploaded filed in the same way thst I can do that with the desktop version. Change that and it is a solid 5 stars!------Update. They did, I did. I just changed my rating from a 4 to a 5. we'll done

Terrible app.. One of the worst I have. Every time it needs to 'sync up' because of all of their extra "updates", advertising and going over and over features before the app even starts up.. just clogs it up. And trying to get help for it.. That is a pain. No one to call, no quick button to press even on my desktop version.. but price keeps increasing. I've been with this company for 8 years.. otherwise I would switch. So unfortunate; they were the best.
