Switched from another EHR, I love there are far more options for notes, templates, and scheduling. I love that my clients can book, move, or cancel appointments within an allotted time frame. Billing seems easier; however there was a pretty substantial delay (about a month) before insurances and SP linked for payments to come on, so maybe take that into account before a full switch. Overall, very happy with the move for my growing practice!

WHAT IS GOING ON with this app! Please Fix!! It shows I have 0 clients. I synch or uninstall and then it will not reinstall. so many problems with using it. Lately it's switched some clients from insurance pay to self pay for some reason. What a mess that is causing in billing and client care! Fix it all please! This is SP's problem and no amount of my contacting you about this is going to make anything change. It is your problem,not anything I'm doing or not doing!

I'm not sure what's going on with the app. The last several updates have not been well. One major notice was the inconsistencies in billing and receiving payment in the app and I I can no longer accept tap pay. All great features but I don't know if it's worth it if every time an update is released something major happens where the application doesn't work. perhaps it's time to look at a different service.
