This app is terrible. I miss the Knott's Berry farm app; don't understand why there was an integration, this app is glitchy, doesn't load, and doesn't share information the old app used to. We purchased meal tickets through the app and they didn't load but we got charged for them. Daily shows and events don't load. Find my car feature doesn't work. During the boysenberry festival we weren't able to purchase tasting tickets on the app which we've always done in previous years. Very disappointed.

Good luck using your meal plan at a park that isn't your home park! Even though it's advertised as a benefit, it NEVER works! I've visited two different parks so far, twice each, total of four visits and four failures! The guest services were nice enough to issue paper vouchers, after waiting an hour for them to find out that trying to fix it the "right" way by calling corporate office doesn't work! I can't seem to find anyway of contacting them myself, maybe this review will get attention.

1 star. Having to create a new account just to sign into an account that I already created. Why? Also the app used to show all my perks. I like being able to see my buddy passes, free parking, etc. Also why do I have to go to a web browser to view what should be in the app to begin with. Such as more pass addons. I feel with each app update it gets worse from what it was several years ago. I should have 4 buddy passes for this season. Nope not there. Free parking. Nope not there.
