Thanks issue has been solved. Account ID Issue: "Unable to add an account using the QR code or manually. The app displays an "Invalid Account ID" error because it restricts me from entering the last digit Skipping the last digit also results in the same error. Feedback and Complaint Submission Issues: Unable to submit feedback due to a "Feedback Submit Error". "

Aoa, Installed app and using successfully since couple of months but could not succeeded in payment of bill through following the on-screen instructions, selecting Account ID, retrieving bill information, putting easypaisa mobile number (being easypaisa account holder) and email address but upon clicking on PayBill button, app processing for long and than responding as Alert message, Account Verification failed, why it is like that?

Dear user it means the easypaisa account has some issue and easypaisa service is not verifying the account. Kindly check that your easypaisa account is fully functional and active, and then attempt to pay the bill again

All the functions of the sngpl app should be implemented. The QR code scanner option should also be added. The commercial option should be given after adding it. As the commercial of making direct payment through QR is on the rise these days, it is not present in the app. I will definitely think about it. Thank you.
