The latest update has regressed the app. It is no longer able to detect a Nol card. The previous version was working absolutely fine on the same phone, and with the same card, so it is definitely the update that's messed it up. And I haven't been able fathom why an app of this sort needs access to my microphone. Update The RTA App is able to read the Nol card, so it is quite evident that the issue is with the Nol Pay App and not the card

after new update, the app has become significantly slower. sometimes you can't read the card and it shows " something went wrong. please try after 1 hour " how do u expect the passenger to wait 1 hour if he is in the middle of a transit ? also, when i try to redeem the pointa to recharge the NOL card, RTA sends a 6 digit PIN but in the app it allows to enter 4 Digits. !!! Test your apps probably before releasing them to public.

The new update is designed for frustration. And the annoying error message is to wait for 1 hour to retry the payment. Now I have to go to the station to top up the card physically.
