Mobile deposit crashes 9 times out of 10. Balance won't properly update until logging out and back in at least once. Bank customer service is awful in general and the app certainly isn't any better. 7.6.23 - I just saw they replied to this review. Still the worst banking experience imaginable. I cannot wait for the day I can close my account with them.

Worst App ever. The 1 time it worked was after setup and it hasn't worked since. And when it did work, it was the most basic looking setup I've ever seen. No graphs, no statistics, nothing ragarding my loan or account aside from amount accrued or owed, no interest rates, no payoff amounts, no dates or transactions history, just nothing that makes sense. no Doesn't recognize passwords, emails, fingerprints, etc. Technology thats 20 years behind the curve. Do not download.

Terrible app! After updating my account with the new app update, it still wouldn't recognize my login and give me access to my account. I thought maybe it was just the app so I tried the actual online login through the website as well, same problem. I KNOW my username and password entered are 100% accurate. Even after changing my password (which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place) it still wouldn't recognize my login or give me access to my accounts! The old one was better. FIX THIS!!
