Sonder funnels you into this app to get the information needed for your stay (unit number, etc) but the app gets stuck in an endless loop of logging me out to look for a reservation, then asking to log out to look for a reservation. No one answers the phone, no one answers texts. Now imagine travelling cross country with your family and being locked out of your lodging due to an app. I wish I could give it less stars than 1.

Worst of both worlds - Customer support is awful, and if you have an issue (e.g. had wifi issues), you have to explain yourself again and again every single time you talk to someone, while they just move your message along to the property owners and have no real info. In my case, it's been 2 days of no wifi, and no solution in sight. I cannot just cancel and checkout since it's non refundable. In addition, they're very greedy - for example, a 25 USD request for a *one* hour early check-in.

Sonder and their app ruined my trip completely. requesting early check in makes the app crash so you cant even do it. (Aside from the fact that they charge extra to even get as early as 3 pm checkin ). And when there were major issues, I tried to contact them through the app and the customer service chat feature just disconnects if you don't touch the screen for long enough. it just closes out and when you reconnect you'll just get a bunch of different agents who don't know what's going on.
