Ratings and reviews

This has possibly been the worst experience ever with broker. Since downloading the app it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to use it. After going through the teething pains as a new trader - to which there were a LOT - I thought I finally got it. Emphasis on THOUGHT. After a couple of weeks of sort of figuring, the most recent issue arised - a failed TP. I used the Advanced Protection to set a TP1 & TP2 only to have price hit my TP1 and do absolutely nothing. Would not recommend!

One of the best I've used. Clean interface. I Scalp a lot (1 to 5min charts) and find that it's easy to make entry. It's tough sometimes exiting due to too many buttons to get to options. Please implement hot keys to scale out of trades. Preferable options to sell postions in 1/2, 1/4, 1/3. You guys have the option to DOUBLE position size but nothing to scale OUT to take partial profits. This feature would greatly help me with my Scalp into a swing position. Keep up the good work!

Ctrader used to be the absolute best. That was before this last update. I trade the 1-minute timeframe with limit orders. Speed is crucial to my trading style. You guys just spoilt a perfect app by making one to have to calculate lot sizes every single time before placing a limit order. I love the new UI, but please, bring back the old method of placing limit orders with SL, Entry and TP levels, that allows you to enter the exact lot required for the dollar amount to be risked on the trade.
