Edit 31/5: As of the latest update, the app will not load. It says "something went wrong" at the intro screen and it won't let me do anything. - - Broken, many things don't work, cannot even use my card to purchase Internet subscriptions, or add a new card. Very bad user interface, even worse system. Have to go elsewhere to pay to recharge, when the app should be able to it easily.

I overpaid my bill. When trying to refund opened a ticket. They closed it asking for bank Iban certificate (didn't even know it was closed I had to contact 900). Tried to open ticket again it gives error. Visited store to solve my issue and they say it takes time after filling out info on a paper and handed over my Iban certificate. Still much provement required

So there is no way to transfer your line to STC. I want to transfer my line to STC but there's a bug in your system. mySTC app don't allow me because I'm not a registered user and if I want to register the app said I don't have line with STC so I can't register. If I try the stc website it says go to mySTC app. So I'm stuck on loop. When I contacted the Twitter support they said contact live support through the app which is again available to only registered user. Nice design dev.
