Very disappointed with this app, whenever I tried to use it for reacharge purpose it doesn't works, it is very irritating, very disappointed. Team please fix this issue. I tried to add a channel to my monthly pack by selecting the add-on option and searching for a specific channel. However, while scrolling, the list suddenly disappeared, showing the message "No Data Found." Similarly, sometimes when I land on the payment page, the transaction gets canceled without any reason.

Sun Direct App is a complete disappointment! I've been facing recurring issues with recharge. The app consistently fails to process payments, and when it does, the channels take forever to get activated. The error messages are vague, and the customer support is unhelpful. I've wasted hours trying to resolve this issue. Until they fix their recharge system, I would advise against using this app.

I don't know what the use of this app. Simply wasting our space. Whenever we check for balance, it is zero. Whenever we check validity, that day is the day of expiry. whenever we check for a pack, it is not available there. Whenever we raise a complaint, they resolve by themselves without doing anything to solve it. I made the first comment 3 months back. Still there is no improvement. Moreover, for every complaint raised in the reviews, the same automatic reply is given.
