Doesn't always work, but when it works is pretty good. Once you login you should see your points, which used to be hard but got a bit easier. It also randomly chooses what location to send my order to, without asking me or checking my location. This is the worst thing of all because it's impossible to cancel an order even if it hasn't already started. Also you should be able to add certain toppings eg onions, tomatoes, sauce, to any item but you can't. Only what they decide.

I've had this for a few years. Worked flawlessly. I don't know what happened but it must have been an update. You can't customize items, it just erases it once you hit apply, you can't select a drink in boxes, if you can get to the checkout screen, you can't actually check out. Went to the restaurant and tried to apply the receipt to my account and neither the scan or the manual entry works. Completely broken. Will update review if fixed.

I use this app a lot. It usually is pretty good. Especially if you special order items. Since the newest update though, I can no longer order any Combos. When you try to select something to add, like a drink choice, no matter how many times you push it, your choice never stays, so you can't add it to cart. This is very frustrating! Please fix this bug! I would like to take advantage of your combo choices. Also forces the app closed as soon as you place an order now too.
