Ratings and reviews

App is good but there are some issues that need to be checked. 1) Even after ignoring and blocking a profile, it still appears in my daily recommendations and matches section. I have raised multiple tickets but your service desk is not able to understand and address the issue. They say the profile I reported is not available in your database but I'm able to search it using the ID. 2) Multiple profiles in Bharat Matrimony matches my preferences but does not show in my TM profile.

Waste of money and time. My personal suggestion is to avoid this matrimonial site and try local service. They are creating image like a big platform with many fake profiles. There is no response from customer support. Once we take membership they won't bother us. This app is simply a scam.

I have been a premium user on Tamil Matrimony for the past 3 months. On August 14, 2023, without my knowledge, the premium amount was debited from my credit card. Please cancel my premium user pack and refund the amount to my credit card. The auto-renewal option is still not turned off. This is due to an issue with the app. No response from tamil Matrimony team
