After using for 7 months, I can confirm that the app is very useless. When you pay for tickets, you don't get receipt of payment. If you erroneously logout or reinstall app, all your unused tickets are gone! This has got to be one of the most frustrating app ever used..! Review: App works fairly okay. Receipt may or may not be sent to your email immediately. When you logout, your tickets are returned in 3 days. I still use it, not so bad.

It's very convenient, I didn't have any issues with the application yet and I'm stop using other purchase methods. The only thing to improve is to unify all the apps in 1. There are too many apps of tlc and it's annoying to be jumping between apps that belongs to the same company and that have the same purpose at the end.

As someone from the UK, it looks like it should work however, when adding a billing address the post code entry does not allow UK postcodes as only numbers are allowed! A simple change to allow alphanumeric entry would be good. Very frustrating!
