I love this app. The rewards program is amazing, and it keeps me going to Joella's. However, recently an update has made the app unusable. I can get past the first logo screen, but the 2nd prevents me from accessing the app. I see the spinning circle that says it's loading, but even after 10 minutes has passed, it still won't let me in. I'll still keep coming, but this app is basically worthless now. I'll update my review if/when this issue is fixed

I love this place and go there often, so I notice when things stop working. In the past 2 days the app has stopped working for me entirely. After opening, the brand screen appears for a second, then a white screen that never loads/resolves into the app. I deleted and reinstalled with no impact on this performance issue. I have a screen recording of the app displaying a white screen for over 5 mins, so it's completely unusable for me right now.

Best chicken around!! Great food and fantastic people here. Everything I've had has been a winner so far. Also one of the easiest rewards systems ever, instead of remembering to scan every time you visit, it just automatically registers your points when you use the credit card on your account.
