Really like the app but has recently started the irritating habit of asking me to log in again and then, apparently, struggling to do it. Really takes the gloss of it. Edit 09/02/25. Now I have insurance it would be nice to be able to view it on the app. Asked me to log in. Doesn't recognise my password. Asked for a code, 3 codes and 3 cycles later I am still no nearer being able to see my policy documents or details of any renewals.

AI doesn't recognise my post code, doesn't recognise the phrase "breakdown cover" as it is still "learning" (hilarious!) We have had breakdown cover with the AA for over 25 years but there is no means to input this. This means I cannot input my car or MOT details. I don't have any insurance with the AA but that's all the app wants. The option to report an accident appears, so as per other reviewers, I hope that it would function if needed but cannot comment. So app is a bit useless so far.

The roadside service itself was quick and efficient – once I got to my van, the AA arrived in about 15 minutes and sorted everything out. However, their WhatsApp “bot” system was useless. I needed to speak to a real person to explain I wasn’t with my vehicle, but the bot just went round in circles and got me nowhere. In the end I had to get a lift to the van just so someone would come out. Great service in person, but the online support was pathetic.
