Love this app. I use it to see my therapist. Luckily it has a lot of different setting options for your audio & camera. The things I don't like: if I decide to use my headphones, it doesn't automatically detect it & I'll end up having to restart the session & even sometimes that doesn't work. Also, sometimes it'll glitch & freeze while saying either of us has a week signal, but I know for a fact that both of us don't. I recommend using this app instead of using it on the web. It has less issues.

I experienced some type of glitch (lost audio, other user losing audio, etc) every single time without fail. We would leave and rejoin the meeting which seemed to help but it's definitely annoying.

This is one of the worst healthcare apps I've ever used. When you open it you're greeted not with a login page, but an article and a link to the login page. Because apparently it's 1998 and this company just discovered html. Everything about this app is clunky, outdated and frustrating to use.
