it was a 5-star for me but now 3 because they've taken away the ability to top up another phone number. That wasn't a problem because you could do it on the website but since 28/6/25 the selfseve part of their website has been closed permanently. Any possibility of reinstating the top-up another number in the app now?

I was told to get a tesco sim as an international student. My previous trip to the UK when I got a sim from another provider worked perfectly as soon as it was put in. Tesco SIMs are a pain of a process and I'm now two days in with no data reception except messenger, none of the methods have worked to get it working, and every tesco I've gone to in two cities have provided zero help. With no access to Google Maps, I'm reliant on waiting for random spots of wifi to relocate myself. I have regrets

Aug2025: Finally some improvements to the app!!! It accepts my login and I can topup within seconds. Thanks for finally fixing this app!!! Jan2023:The password reset still does not work. No verification SMS received. So can't log in to use the app.
