hi,recently i purchase at 7-eleven when i wanted to make payment at the cashier,i open my yuu app don't have a barcode scanner. Even the 7-eleven staff dont know what to do. Then all my purchase dat day gone to waste. I purchase around $79 plus. I tried to uninstall and install bck still no barcode scanner shown in the app. plz help me how to do abt it,is there any customer service can help me.

Bad customer services and cannot track properly your linking to third party app. One of the worst experiences I have encountered with reward app.

CS needs to use a better developer. I was at CS Jelita trying to pay, but had to reregister with a pin just to open the app. Why? Probably because of an update! Not necessary if you know how to do it. It was really inconvenient as I was in a rush And people were queuing (because of an insufficient number of checkouts). Poor app equals customer lost. [Note: I don't want to hear "sorry for the inconvenience, we will improve" Too little too late.
