If u research this, it literally says it uploads your conversations and messages to the cloud so you can sync to all your devices but literally there's no setting in the app, or an explanation of how to do this. They are recording and saving all your conversations and messages in some mysterious cloud that I never gave permission for. And then it also says it shares this data. EXTREMELY CONCERNING. YOU ARE BEING RECORDED. And you can't disable it. I disable background data for it. Spyware

I gave this 1 star 2 years ago because I HATE useless, pre-installed spyware disguised as bloatware on my phone. I had this disabled for a long time & it wasn't causing any real issues,until now. I noticed a lot of games installed on my phone.They were hidden in my library of apps,unlike apps I installed, which are on my home screen. My mobile data quit working& customer service has been 0 help for 5 days.Still NO data. I can make & receive calls, I can send texts, but I CAN'T receive texts.

I'm just now realizing this mess on my phone. And now that I'm seeing this it explains so much. My screen continuously freezes up. My touchscreen, goes crazy when I'm trying to send a txt. It's like the screen doesn't keep up with what I'm typing and just adds double even triple letters that I know I'm not touching. This mess should not be forced on ppl. I use my phone constantly for business and sending jumbled texts is not a good look to my clients. If this is a permanent change, I'm switching
