Ratings and reviews

As far as I can tell this is a rip-off. The MTA makes it so that anyone can ride the bus free, unless of the small chance that the MTA police catch you so basically hundreds of thousands are just taking the chance. Meanwhile, now they want to force everyone into these OMNY BS cards where they take away the option to have any kind of unlimited monthly(which I rely on) and that "weekly cap" is useless because you need 12 rides and most people (myself included) work only 5 days a week. Money grab!

Train your people better or fix your app. I've reported numerous times I've installed the app yet camera doesn't work on Note10+. Then I get the third degree from the bus that they can't accept a blank picture even though my ticket is clearly showing and I'll even step through opening the app from scratch with them.

Like someone else's review says....fix this app immediately! It says my phone is compatible with the app so why is there a black screen for my mobile ticket even though I know my camera setting is turned on. Did not like being questioned by one bus driver about it when the screen obviously shows the QR code and expiration date of my mobile ticket. Fix this app now!
