Ratings and reviews

The customer support option via this app doesnt work. It will just display an error message after clicking submit. The email support takes weeks to respond. Even then, the responses they are giving doesnt even help solve the concern/problem. I even received a response that created more problems than solutions. The local call hotline is almost useless, I think they only use that for advertising, and worse, it doesnt even have the option to talk to a real person from their customer support.

I hope you will improve your app. The Citibank app was the best. You could check past credit card transactions, billed and unbilled transactions, and payments made, among other things. I felt so secure with the Citibank app knowing I could access the data I need anytime. With the UB app, I can no longer see the transactions that are still to be paid. I no longer receive eSOA and text notifications of amount due and the due dates; the due date was changed from 31st to 27th without any notice.

The app has no problem but your customer service really sucks. I went to one of your branches (Double Dragon) to update my billing address since my cc will be delivered in province but I have to call the customer service. After 3 days, I was able to get through just to be transferred 4 times without my issue getting resolved. I have sent multiple tickets and emails just to receive an auto response. I'm speechless of how horrible your customer service is. 🤐
