Ratings and reviews

Usually, I dont have problems with the App, however my app says I dont have a trip scheduled when I do. I can't log on to other devices either. Im guessing it's a glitch on my end, but this is frustrating. I called customer service. They were very professional and helpful, but the problem isn't fixed.

I booked in April but when September came around I had to cancel the booking. I only received $180 out of a $600 booking. I don't get much time off from work, and had to save for months to afford this. I had an emergency at work and had to fly out immediately. I feel that this app. verbo. is unfair and if this is their refund policy I will never use this again. and will discourage anyone else from booking through them again

Every time someone sends me a link, I cant view it as a URL. It forces the app to open instead, then forces a sign in, and then doesn't show the home I was sent in the link. Even when the app is launched and I am signed in, the URL still never shows. It just opens the app to the home page. Worst user experience on an app and so frustrating. After 6 attempts I don't care anymore.
