Ratings and reviews

Very poor customer service. We had a bad experience with a cleaner and incurred damage to our property and the only solution offered by wecasa were their vouchers (which obviously we won't be using). This was despite us having booked a 'pro' for 'deep cleaning'. The services are also quite expensive and we were very let down. Do not recommend.

I had a bad experience with the cleaner, and it took several days for Wecasa to send a stock response. They've offered a voucher, which is useless as I won't be using them again. I've tried to get them to stop texting me but there's no option in the settings so I need to speak to customer services and they don't respond to that either. Avoid!

Tried THREE cleaners from here, they were all later 1-2hrs, awful communication, basic clean - the platform is easy to use which is appealing but useless when the cleaners are so dreadful with no accountability! Ends up being very stressful.
