I have sent money via WireBarley several times and highly recommend this app. The remittance rate is great, compared with the others. Especially zero fee from US to Korea! I am not sure if they have changed their rules, they requsted the recipient to verify their real name before but recently not. However, of course you can check the recipents' info before sending money. Quick service! My family and friend received money within a day. I didn't have any problem so far. I like WireBarley so much!

It timed out on all my three tries, twice on the app and once on the website (just to make sure it is not the app). It just keeps saying it failed to connect. What exactly is that supposed to mean? Without a successful transaction you don't get to save the recipient information either. So, you have to fill out the information all over again every time. What a waste of time! I may give it a try again one day, but not for a while. The backend system is clearly not written robust enough.
