Ratings and reviews

There should be a process by which hotels that are health and safety hazards are not selected to be advertised in this app. My last booking was so horrible, will never use Wotif again after almost 20 years booking thru them. Never again.

Easy and safe way to book. I had an issue with a hotel, and Wotiff response was quick. Good prices, good service, save time.

Worst customer service ever. Cancelled a wrong booking I made after 5 minutes of realising it was wrong but was unable to get a refund after an explanation. Support just send me reply from multiple person with same messages. They scam me 354$. Wotif said the hotel didn't agree with the refund but when I asked the hotel they said Wotif got my money not them.
