very bad service.. i recharged my Zain number four days ago, but until now no balance has been credited and the internet is still not active. The recharge was definitely made on my number, but no balance has been received. When I called customer care, they just said “it will be fixed within 24 hours,” but nothing has happened. What should I do legally in this situation? This has happened before as well. Isn’t this just like taking money from the customer unfairly?

Most ridiculous app I've ever seen. They claim to be 5G carriers and a tech company, and yet can't run a simple app. It's been almost 10 MONTHS that it's NOT working. If I could give Zero stars, I would have. Very poor. 2025 update. services getting bad to worse. bought roaming packages and they did not work. Totally misleading and rip off. can't complain anywhere, as there is no concept of customer statisfaction nor response. they will create tickets and close without any response.

I compared with other SIM companies to see what combos they offer for a month for 100 riyals.(Although we get paid in 30-day months, companies here bill in 28-day months) I got 34 GB of data, unlimited social, and 1,000 flex minutes and SMS for 99 riyals.Enough for a month, I don't have to be stingy with the usage time because I couldn't finish them all in a month. But the company should improve their network at least to the same level as mobily's network.
